Evan Longoria activated from DL

(WDAE) The wait will be over Tuesday.

The Rays Monday announced third baseman Evan Longoria will be activated from the 60-day disabled list.

Longoria has been out since partially tearing his left hamstring April 30.  The team was 15-8 with him in the lineup.

Corresponding moves will be made prior to Tuesday's game against Toronto.
